The RJ program is a voluntary, respectful and non-adversarial approach to addressing harm. Rather than determining guilt or innocence, we focus on the impact of the incident, the needs of those harmed and how to repair relationships. This process does not replace legal proceedings but may offer an alternative or complement them.
